The hotel is located in a lovely village with very little traffic, close to local attractions and perfect for a stopover on the way to the West country. The rooms are spacious and clean with essential amenities but lack DIY features like in the booker's room. The service is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel like you've stepped back in time when everyone had time for people. The dining experience offers tasty food, though limited vegetarian options. The facilities are comfortable and well-maintained, offering good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient yet peaceful. While the dining experience was average, the service and overall value for money were excellent.
